Principle #1 Personal Presence is the source of your success

All communication begins with you. It begins with your sense of yourself. The saying: "knowledge will set you free" is true when we talk about self-knowledge. Knowing yourself, getting in touch with your center is the first step toward your mastery in the world. The saying 'master yourself and you will master the world' is true.

Based on this principle, our approach is to first and foremost help you discover your heart of power, your place of security and stillness, your place of unlimitied potential.

From this place of personal mastery, all communication is simple. There is a place inside each person that is completely open and willing to recieve and give attention freely. There is a place in each person where curiosity is more powerful than fear. This is the place each of us knew instinctively as babies.

better than you could have ever imagined and leverage the best strategies for your particular situation.

Principle #3 Keep your relationships primary, situations and outcomes secondary


If you want sustainable success in your communication, it is essential that you master a
fine art that few ever learn, much less master; that of focusing on two things at one time. In addition to focusing on what you are saying and what you are hearing you need to focus on something more subtle but much more essential:

Stay aware of the actual sensory connection you share with the person you are communicating with. This is the key to magnatism, trust, moving the communication forward, energizing give and take. It is impossible to overstate the value of maintaining relational presence with those around you.

But again, it is surprising how few people seem to understand this.


Most people get so caught up in what they are saying, they forget about the ones sitting there listening. When you give EVEN MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR AUDIENCE THAN THEY GIVE TO YOU they will repay you with their committed agreement more often than you ever thought possible.

If you let content be more important than the connection you have with your
audience, you put yourself at an extreme disadvantage.

The Power of Connection:Your connection with your audience, be it 1 person or 100,000 people is the true basis for your confidence and their ability to hear what you have to say.

There is nothing more magnetic and attractive than a person who is in connection to us.

Systematic -- We utilize proven, time tested systems in approaching your presentation.

Supportive-- People learn more through support than through criticism. For this reason we only use criticism when we are working on something content oriented that requires analysis. Even then we tend to point to positive changes that can be made in the future rather than what was done wrong in the past.

Safe--We have found that people learn best when they feel completely safe. To this end we are committed to creating an environment of the utmost safety. We aim to create an environment where people are free to let down the armor and just be with each other in a relaxed and candid way.

Unusual--Those who come to our training and coaching can expect to feel confused, skeptical and awkward sometimes. The exercises we use can be unorthodox, but we have found that to create the extraordinary results our clients want, we must create an extraordinary experience for them.

Highly Experiential--Our clients can expect to be participating in our coaching and training almost ALL OF THE TIME. In this way they experience tremendous improvement in a short amount of time.

Community Based--It is not an exaggeration to say that many of the participants of our training sessions became good friends after they have been working together for a short time. During one corporate training, an engineer said to his colleagues; "We have been working together for 10 years, and I don't think I have ever really known any of you until today." This is a typical outcome of our training sessions.
