Structure of Presence Coaching Typically clients come to our office for weekly 1 hour sessions, or for shorter telephone consultations. We generally work for a specific period to accomplish specific objectives. Part of each session is consultation, inquiry exercises, meditation training, and body work. Each session is customized to meet your particular needs, but all sessions are designed to bring you to a clear sense of presence.
