Mastering The Trim-Tab Principle
End Over-Toiling and Underachieving

by Alan Steinborn

Do you sometimes feel like there is too much
pain in your life for not enough gain?

Maybe you desire better relationships.

Maybe you could eat better, be more fit, have more time to relax.

Maybe you desire to make and have more money.

Maybe you would like to make a positive difference in the world.

Maybe a little bit of all of the above!

What if you could have all of this with LESS STRESS?

Well, you *can* have it all and with greater ease than you could imagine!

Introducing the The Trim-Tab Principle!

This powerful principle has helped all of us get what we desire with ease.

Not understanding this principle, many of us chalked up our good fortune to being 'lucky'.

With the Trim-Tab principle you can be lucky alot!

You too can use the Trim-Tab principle to live the life of your dreams
without unneeded heartache, backache, and toothache.

What a Trim-Tab is and How I came to learn about it.

Back in 1997, I lived with some friends in Montclair, New Jersey.

About 2 days out of every month we had a special visitor at the house;
a very powerful Cherokee woman named Virginia who we nicknamed 'The Mystic'.

The Mystic's visits were ALWAYS dramatic and auspicious.

We would anticipate her arrival with excitement. We would scramble to make the
house immaculate in anticipation of the big MTD (mystic touchdown).

When the mystic touchdown occurred, when she walked through the door, her
powerful presence could be felt to such a degree that we knew she had arrived
no matter where we were in the 3 story house!

During one such visit, she told me about a simple yet radical concept
I am calling the Trim-Tab Principle.

So what is the trim-tab principle already!!!and how does it work in your life?

A Trim-Tab, is a tiny device that can be used with almost no effort, and yet it is so powerful that by using it you can turn even the biggest ship in the ocean around!

What makes a trim-tab so effective is where it is located, and when precisely it is used.

Buckminster Fuller said this about Trim-Tabs:

"Think of the Queen Mary—the whole ship goes by and then comes the rudder. And there’s a tiny thing on the edge of the rudder called a trim-tab. It’s a miniature rudder. Just moving that little trim-tab builds a low pressure that pulls the rudder around. Takes almost no effort at all.

By making a small drag angle, the trim-tab creates a partial vacuum that
creates a chain-reaction.

So powerful is this partial vacuum chain-reaction buildup that it can, for instance, suck-pull the 30-knot-speeding hull of the 85,000-ton, Empire State Building-sized Queen Mary to a new course.

This principle is even more dramatically emphasized in the case of the giant jet airliners where, literally, postage stamp-sized trim-tabs are all that are used by the automatic-gyro-pilot servo-mechanisms to keep these hundred-ton sky-giants hurtling along at 600 miles per hour on accurate multidimensional course despite invisible atmospheric turbulence far greater in size and velocity magnitude than those of the water ocean."

There are trim-tabs in your life--find them & flourish!!!

Everyday we experience subtle, usually unnoticed, often under appreciated sensations.

Some of these small events, when they happen at the right time, the right place, and in the right way, set off a chain reaction that ultimately create the big results that we can notice.

If you do the right action at such moments, you set off the chain-reaction
sequence that will turn a small gesture into a big result--just like that!!!

Such actions are your personal Trim-Tabs.

I have identified 5 major trim-tabs you can put to use right away.

The 5 trim-tabs are:

  1. Receptive Awareness
  2. Steady Soft Focus
  3. Moving in Stillness
  4. Empowering Self-Talk
  5. Essential Feedback

Each of these 5 can be learned and applied in your life everyday!

You will learn to apply these 5 trim-tabs instinctively and habitually when needed.

You will begin to feel more confident, expressive, capable, creative, connected while discovering how easy it is to get results without seeming to do anything differently.

You are invited to attend a training series called the Mastery Series where you can learn how to use these trim-tabs in your life for minimum stress, maximum loveliness!

In the upcoming newsletters, I will explore each of these trim-tabs in greater depth.
